Photograph stunning Texas wildflowers such as bluebonnets and paintbrush, under the brilliant Texas night sky.

The western half of the Texas Hill Country has some incredible dark skies, with this workshop being hosted during the climatological peak of wildflower season.

We spend months scouting locations leading up to the peak of bluebonnet season. We know all of the best spots and how to create compelling photographs of them under the night sky.  

The moon will be nearly half full, providing ample light for brilliant night time photographs. Then it will set after midnight, allowing us to capture the Milky Way over wildflowers.

LODGING LOCATIONS FOR THE WORKSHOP

Lodging is not included in the cost of the workshop. Due to the nature of bluebonnets, which bloom in different locations each year, accommodations will not be made in advance of ten days of the workshop. In the event of poor weather, this will also allow us some flexibility with selecting shooting locations.
